Life Care Plans/Future Cost of Care Reports

A Life Care Plan identifies the current and anticipated costs associated with an individual’s injury or condition. It is an objective, research-based report designed to assist clients, families, and insurers in understanding and planning for future care needs.

Each Life Care Plan is personalized and developed through consultation with treating medical practitioners and therapists, review of relevant medical documentation, and a detailed client interview and occupational therapy evaluation. The report reflects an individualized approach, with costs researched specific to the client’s community and circumstances. Plans are typically completed once maximum medical recovery has been achieved.
